Chief Executive Officer | Founder
Jeremy Ostermiller is the true essence of an entrepreneur. With just $500, in the midst of one of toughest economic periods since the Great Depression, Jeremy founded Altitude Digital. Since its inception peers and industry leaders have recognized the company for its growth, support and service. For two consecutive years Altitude Digital placed No.54 on the Inc. 500|5000 Top Private Companies in America list. The company was the fastest growing company in Colorado in 2012 and tops the list as the fastest growing video company in the country in 2013. Along with numerous company accolades, the Denver Business Journal named Ostermiller to the ‘Forty Under 40′ of top young leaders and business professionals for 2013. He was chosen based on three criteria: business leadership, recognition of significant accomplishments and his commitment to community involvement. Jeremy was also a nominee for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Apex Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
He’s passionate about business and giving back to the community. As a sponsor and board member of Youth on Record, Jeremy proudly combines his love of music and true passion for organizations that benefit young people. The Denver-based nonprofit empowers Colorado youth with behavioral modification through music.

Chief Operating Officer
As the COO of Altitude Digital, Devin Yeager is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations, including online display advertising, and yield optimization. In this role, he forecasts and prices digital advertising inventory to meet publisher’s needs. Yeager provides customizable, scalable, enterprise-level advertising yield solutions to the company’s target advertisers and publishers. He has been instrumental with the company’s growth from working with five active websites to more than 20,000 publishers. Yeager ensures that business operations are efficient and effective and that the proper management of resources, distribution of goods and services to customers, and analysis of queue systems are conducted with Altitude Digital’s high standards in mind. Prior to joining the Altitude Digital team, Yeager worked in operations management for UPS responsible for customer service, productivity, quality freight handling, claims prevention, load average and safety operations.

Chief Marketing Officer
Prior to Altitude Digital, Joe Grover worked at Mercato Partners, a top performing private equity firm. He joined the firm at inception and was responsible for investor relations, financial reporting, and fundraising in addition to investment work. Preceding Mercato Partners, Joe was the founder and CEO of a creative services company where he led marketing and communication campaigns for Fortune 1000 companies nationwide. Joe was involved in Junto Partners, an entrepreneurship accelerator, where he worked on the launch of several startups. Later, Joe became the director of Junto Partners where he recruited, trained and mentored entrepreneurs. He is currently an adjunct professor of finance and management at the University of Utah. Joe completed a B.S. in Business Entrepreneurship at the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business and a Masters in Business Administration from Westminster College. Joe enjoys fly-fishing in the summer and skiing untracked powder in the winter.

Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Manny leads the company’s Product and Engineering initiatives. A 17-year veteran of the advertising, publishing, and software industries, he brings leadership experience, a deep knowledge of the ad tech industry and an array of technical skills.
Previously, Manny served as CTO of Federated Media Publishing, Lijit Networks, and LinkSmart where he designed and developed enterprise-level real-time advertising and bidding platforms, delivering billions of transactions per day. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for building the global multimedia architecture for Raindance Communications’ (NASDAQ: RNDC) web conferencing service, where he earned a patent in collaborative communications.

VP of Sales
As the VP of Sales at Altitude Digital John Krosky is responsible for managing the new customer and sales teams as they cultivate strong relationships with publishers and advertisers. With more than 14 years of experience in sales and business development, John’s specialties in advertising, management, mobile applications, competitor intelligence, and media planning complement his passion for building trustworthy customer relationships. In his role, John helps publishers and advertisers deliver effective campaigns with vast brand-safe inventory, state-of-the-art technology that streamlines the buying and selling process, and targeted campaign analysis. Simply put, John puts the human element back into online advertising. Prior to joining Altitude Digital, John built a robust publisher network of over 200 top sites including Gannett, the Wall Street Journal Digital Network, and CNN. He has served as the sales director for New Hope Natural Media, national sales consultant at MyMobileCE.com, and regional sales director at Format Dynamics advertising. His role as the advertising sales manager for the Denver Newspaper Agency strengthened his ability to understand and manage all aspects of media advertising, driving explosive growth and exceeding budget for both print and online channels. John holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Northern Colorado. When not working on expanding Altitude Digital’s customer base, John enjoys being a dad, hitting the slopes and break dancing (yes, this is true fact).

VP RTB & Demand
Cordell is focused on bringing demand and buying services to Altitude in a big way. He is an experienced digital advertising executive with a background in video, display and RTB/programmatic. Cordell founded the AdTech Corporate Games and is a co-sponsor of the Boulder/Denver AdTech Meetup. Prior to Altitude, Cordell has held senior posts in sales, technology and business with a number of start-ups and large companies where he created significant value through innovation, product development, and management consulting. Cordell completed his undergraduate studies at Colorado Christian University and holds an MBA from the University of Denver. He enjoys regular dates with his beautiful wife, looks forward to Saturday morning silly breakfasts with his 2 girls and can’t wait to plan their next family adventure. Given Colorado’s limited access to an ocean, he’s continuously lamenting the lack of good SCUBA diving.

Vice President of Publisher Sales
Ryan Gombeski, in his role as Vice President of Publisher Sales, provides leadership and guidance in the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s goals. He is responsible for navigating strategic partnerships, business development, lead generation, account management, and on-boarding new employees. Prior to his time at Altitude Digital, Ryan helped open the Colorado market for Living Social and also worked for Crocs.

VP of Ad Operations
Victor Ortiz is focused on world-class fulfillment for Altitude’s customer with a track record of helping companies build out teams to achieve audience growth, strategic value and increased revenue. Prior to Altitude Digital, Victor held senior posts in operations and product at Examiner.com, Denver Post and Digital First Media, ensuring operational excellence for local and national brands at top media sites. Ortiz has a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Andrews University. A native of Puerto Rico, Victor has lived in Colorado with his wife and two children for the past 5 years and enjoys skiing, hiking and photography.

VP of Mobile
Max leads Altitude Digital’s mobile division and brings over 8 years of ad network experience, dating back to being one of the first people to partake in an ad exchange. His expertise spans from understanding the nitty gritty of ad serving to the macro level of ad network operations and the overall ad ecosystem. He comes to us from Zynga where he was responsible for ad network sales and advertising relationships. His deep understanding of advertising and tenacious attitude to get things done drives Max to always be learning and striving to be the best in the space.

VP of New Revenue
As VP of New Revenue, Ryan Abrahams is responsible for building premium publisher relationships for the company’s supply side platform, Altitude Arena™. With 15 years of digital advertising experience, Abrahams brings a wealth of knowledge from working with companies such as the New York Times, Terra Networks, AdMeld, Google, Nexage, and more. Abrahams has a key understanding of the day-to-day operations as a publisher, as well as deep knowledge about programmatic buying.
Ryan is not only proficient in the ad tech marketplace; but he has also earned the title at Altitude Digital, the BBQ Pit Master. Originally from Jamaica, Ryan can cook a mean Jamaican jerk chicken and Argentinian Asado-style barbeque. When he’s not entertaining folks from the grill, Ryan is stays busy by playing tennis–on and off the court.
VP of Business Development | San Francisco
Tom Ferguson is responsible for growing the Altitude Digital publisher partnerships for their online, mobile and video advertising needs. Prior to joining Altitude Digital’s team in San Francisco, Ferguson was director of business development for the mobile advertising network Mojiva. At Mojiva, he was responsible for securing partnerships with mobile web publishers and APP Developers for the Mojiva network. Previously, Ferguson spent close to five years as the publisher development director at adBrite, formally the largest independent exchange. He joins our team with more than 10 years of advertising, sales and business development experience. Ferguson will play an integral role in the growth and overall strategy for Altitude Digital.
