Initial Meeting

Here we discuss your communication goals for the project. What are your marketing strategies, target audience, photography needs and costs of manufacturing? What kinds of artwork do you want on the cover or DVD face? A full color 8 page brochure suffice or would you rather have a more simple one page leaflet? These questions will be discussed and answered during the initial meeting.

Design Phase

The creative process begins and elements such as graphics, logos, text, photography and original artwork are all considered during this phase. The designer creates a layout for the publication and prepares artwork and photos for placement. When the layout is ready the designer will send you the necessary print files for review. (This is your initial proof of the project in a designed layout.) . Once approval of the rough draft happens the designer will finish up the project including final edits, graphic manipulations, copyrights and trademarks.

Printing Stage

Altitude Digital delivers the electronic files for your final product to the printer who has been selected. Several days later the print house provides a proof for your approval. It is imperative that all changes have been made because changes after this stage can be costly. Once the proof is approved, your prints will be scheduled to go on the desired presses. This is where the files are printed, cut, pressed and the product is packaged as a whole. And finally, you will be left with a product of the best quality.
